"S&X" ("S to X") is a new Japanese drama series directed by Shogo Kusano. The show is based on the manga of the same name by Kisei Tada, originally published by KODANSHA LTD. It folllows sex therapist Ichito Shimotori who treats diverse and intimate sexual issues with sincerity, but secretly hides a struggle of his own. The cast includes Kento Nakajima, Yuko Araki, Ryota Miura, Sawako Fujima and Sayaka Yamaguchi. "S&X" premiered on August 20, 2026 on Netflix.

"The series follows Ichito Shimotori, a sincere and compassionate sex therapist who treats patients dealing with delicate, taboo sexual issues. While he offers excellent counsel to others, he secretly harbors his own communication struggles and deep-seated past trauma that prevents him from maintaining a normal physical relationship. The story intensifies when he runs into an old classmate, Yumi, and experiences a spark he finds himself unable to pursue."
