"Scream 7" is slasher horror sequel directed by original "Scream" writer Kevin Williamson from a screenplay he co-wrote alongside Guy Busick ("Scream" 5 and 6). The story was originally developed by Busick and James Vanderbilt ("Zodiac").

The cast includes Neve Campbell, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Courteney Cox, Isabel May, Anna Camp, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Mckenna Grace, Asa Germann, Celeste O'Connor, Sam Rechner, Mark Consuelos, Tim Simons, and Joel McHale. Roger L. Jackson reprises his role as the voice of Ghostface.

The film opened in theaters on February 27, 2026.
