"Midwinter Break" is a drama directed by Polly Findlay and written by Nick Payne ("We Live in Time"). The film stars Lesley Manville and Ciaran Hinds as a longtime couple take a life-changing trip to Amsterdam. The cast also includes Julie Lamberton, Ed Sayer, Niamh Cusack and Leila Laaraj. "Midwinter Break" opened in theaters on February 20, 2026. On March 10th it was released on digital platforms.
