The second season of the anime series "Ace of the Diamond Act II" has premiered on April 5, 2026 and also streams on Crunchyroll. The new season is directed by Hideaki Oba ("Love of Kill") at studio OLM, with series composition by Kenji Konuta ("Ace of the Diamond"), character designs by Yasukazu Shoji ("Restaurant to Another World") and music by Hajime Hyakkoku ("Ace of the Diamond act II").

The series is based on the manga created by Yuji Terajima. New cast members include Shugo Nakamura, Atsushi Tamaru and Kento Hama. The opening theme song is "Let's Go Crazy" performed by Baby Canta, and the ending song is "NUMBER" performed by SUPER★DRAGON.

"Seido High's star pitcher, Eijun Sawamura, has finally earned the prized ace uniform, but this summer is his last shot to lead the school's baseball team to victory. He and his stoic teammates Furuya, who battles injury, and Miyuki, who anchors the team as captain, will hold the rope through every curve ball that comes their way in the tournament."
