Hard-boiled sequel to the 1996 Danish crime thriller picks up the story of small-time thug Tonny (Mads Mikkelsen) as he is released from prison. Eager to clear his debts, Tonny seeks employment from his disdainful father (Leif Sylvester), a mob boss who refuses to accord him a respectable position in the gang. When Tonny discovers he may have fathered a child of his own, he tries to conquer his fears before it's too late. Anne Sorensen, Kurt Nielsen also star. 96 min. In Danish with English subtitles.

PUSHER III: I'M THE ANGEL OF DEATH (2005)

The concluding chapter in Nicolas Winding Refn's brutal underworld trilogy finds middle-aged, Balkan-born drug kingpin Milo (Zlatko Buric) desperate to protect his status in the Copenhagen underworld. Faced with the challenge of selling a shipment of designer drugs, Milo also tries to kick his own smack habit and arrange a birthday party for his grown daughter. Marinela Dekic, Ilyas Agac also star. 103 min. In Serbo-Croatian with English subtitles.
