"The Trial" ("El Juicio") is a new Mexican legal drama series created and written by Daniel Krauze, developed from an original idea with León Krauze. Inspired by true events, the eight-episode Spanish-language thriller tells the story of a father and daughter who navigate a flawed justice system and confront a wealthy opponent determined to protect his son after the daughter is sexually assaulted by the son, in their quest for justice.

The cast includes Eugenio Derbez, Pedro Alonso, Hector Jimenez, Dominika Paleta, Julio Bracho, Leonardo Alonso, Geraldine Zinat and Eduardo Minett. "The Trial" premiered on September 11, 2026 on Amazon Prime Video.
