"A Hundered Scenes of AWAJIMA" is a new anime series based on the Japanese manga series "Scenes from Awajima" written and illustrated by Takako Shimura. The anime is directed by Morio Asaka ("Chihayafuru") at studio MADHOUSE, with series composition by Yasuhiro Nakanishi ("My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999"), character designs by Kunihiko Hamada ("NANA") and music by Takahiro Obata ("The Promised Neverland").
The opening theme song is "Blue Hour" performed by Hana Hope, and the ending theme song is "Hikari" performed by Mika Nakashima. The voice cast includes Niina Nakabayashi, Yo Taichi, Ai Kayano, Natsumi Fujiwara and Ayumi Tsunematsu.
"A Hundered Scenes of AWAJIMA" premiered on April 9, 2026 and also streams on Crunchyroll.
