"Harold and the Purple Crayon" is a fantasy comedy film directed by Carlos Saldanha ("Rio", "Ice Age: The Meltdown") from a script by David Guion and Michael Handelman based on the 1955 children's book by Crockett Johnson. The cast includes Zachary Levi, Lil Rel Howery, Jemaine Clement, Tanya Reynolds and Zooey Deschanel. The film opened in theaters on August 2, 2024.

"Ferdinand" is a 3D computer-animated film from Blue Sky Studios and 20th Century Fox Animation directed by Carlos Saldanha ("Rio", "Ice Age") and inspired by the children's book "The Story of Ferdinand" written by Munro Leaf and Robert Lawson. The film is set in Spain and tells the story of Ferdinand (voiced by John Cena), a bull with a big heart who is captured and torn from his home. Determined to return to his family, he rallies a misfit team on the ultimate adventure.

The voice cast also features Kate McKinnon, Bobby Cannavale, Jeremy Sisto, Anthony Anderson, Peyton Manning, David Tennant, Raul Esparza, Jerrod Carmichael, Gina Rodriguez, Gabriel Iglesias, Flula Borg and Miguel Ángel Silvestre.

The film is nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 90th Academy Awards and received nominations for Best Animated Feature Film and Best Original Song at the 75th Golden Globe Awards.

"Ferdinand" opened in theaters on December 15, 2017 and received mixed-to-positive reviews from critics. The film grossed $81.4 million domestically and $187.4 million overseas against a $111 million budget.
