"Bookish" is a crime drama series created by Mark Gatiss, who also stars in the lead role as Gabriel Book, the proprietor of an antiquarian bookshop, who relies on his vast collection to unravel baffling cases. The cast also includes Polly Walker, Connor Finch, Elliot Levey, Blake Harrison, Buket Komur, Tim McInnerny and Loveday Smith. The show premiered on July 16, 2025 in the UK, and on January 11, 2026 on PBS in the US.
