The 21st season of the procedural series "NCIS" premieres on February 12, 2024 on CBS. Created by Donald P. Bellisario and Don McGill, the show stars Gary Cole, Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Katrina Law, Brian Dietzen, Diona Easonover and Rocky Carroll.
