"This Way Up" is a dramedy series created by and starring Aisling Bea. The series follows Aine (Bea), a young single Irish woman working as an English teacher for adult classes, who is trying to move on after suffering a nervous breakdown, while her older sister Shona (Sharon Horgan) continues to be concerned about her. Bea and Horgan also serve as executive producers. The cast also includes Dorian Grover, Tobias Menzies, Aasif Mandivi, Indira Varma and Chris Geere.
"This Way Up" premiered on Channel 4 on August 8, 2019 in the U.K., and in the U.S. on August 21 via Hulu.
