"Kill the Jockey" ("El Jockey") is a surrealist neo-noir psychological drama directed by Luis Ortega from a script co-written by Ortega, Fabian Cass and Rodolfo Palacios. The cast includes Nahuel Pérez Biscayart, Úrsula Corberó, Daniel Giménez Cacho, Daniel Fanego, Osmar Nunez, Roberto Carnaghi and Luis Ziembrowski.
The film premiered at the 2024 Venice International Film Festival where it competed for the Golden Lion and the Queer Lion. "Kill the Jockey" opened in theaters on May 30, 2025 in Spain, and in select theaters in the US on July 2, 2025, followed by a streaming release on September 2nd.
