The Christian drama "God's Not Dead: A Light in the Darkness" is the third installment in Pure Flix's faith-based series. Written and directed by Michael Mason, the film follows a congregation that is displaced after their church burns down, and the struggles of a pastor (David A.R. White) who tries to rebuild both their building and their faith. The film also stars John Corbett, Ted McGinley, Jennifer Taylor and Tatum O'Neal.
"God's Not Dead: A Light in the Darkness" opened in theaters on March 30, 2018 and received mostly negative reviews from critics. It also failed to make the Top 10 at the box-office, opening with just $2.6 million from 1,693 theaters, an all-time low for the series.
