The sixteenth season of the medical drama series "Grey's Anatomy" has premiered on September 26, 2019 on ABC. The new 24-episode season continues to follow the stories of the staff at the surgical wing of the fictional Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. The cast includes Ellen Pompeo, Justin Chambers, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd, jesse Williams, Caterina Scorsone, Kim Raver and Camilla Luddington.
