The eighteenth season of the medical drama series "Grey's Anatomy" has premiered on September 30, 2021 on ABC. Created by Shonda Rhimes, the series stars Ellen Pompeo, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Justin Chambers, Kevin McKidd, Jesse Williams, Patrick Dempsey, Bokhee An, Sara Ramirez and Jessica Capshaw.
Guest stars include Kate Burton and Peter Gallagher. Also set to return this season are Abigail Spencer as Dr. Megan Hunt, and Kate Walsh as Addison Forbes Montgomery, both in a recurring capacity.
