"Hedda" is a period drama written and directed by Nia DaCosta ("Candyman", "The Marvels") based on the play "Hedda Gabler" by Henrik Ibsen. The cast features Tessa Thompson, Nina Hoss, Imogran Poots, Tom Bateman, Nicholas Pinnock, Finbar Lynch, Mirren Mack and Jamael Westman. The film was released in select theaters on October 22, 2025 and via streaming on Amazon Prime Video on October 29th.
