Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have released the first trailer for the fighting video game
"Injustice 2".
The sequel to 2013's
"Injustice: Gods Among Us" will continue the alternate Justice League universe storyline and expand the roster of playable characters to include lots of superheroes and super-villains, from classic fan favorites such as Batman, Superman, Supergirl and Aquaman, to new villains like Atrocitus and Gorilla Grodd. The arenas will span across iconic locations such as Metropolis, Gotham City and Atlantis. Here's what NetherRealm Studios' Creative Director
Ed Boon had to say about the game:
"In Injustice 2, we are introducing new features that will change the way fans play fighting games. We’re always interested in pushing the genre forward and allowing players to customize and level-up their favorite DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains is a significant leap"
"Injustice 2" will be released sometime in 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One, but shockingly not for the PC, at least for now. Warner Bros. is probably still feeling the pain after the botched PC release of
"Batman Arkham Knight".
