Haunted Mansion 2023 New On Dvd And Bluray

Product Description: NYC doctor Gabbie (Rosario Dawson) moved into the old Louisiana manse she acquired with young son Travis (Chase Dillon), hoping to convert it into a B&B. Too bad the place is infested-with ghosts-and she turns to a cadre of experts including physicist Ben (LaKeith Stanfield), historian Bruce (Danny DeVito), priest Kent (Owen Wilson), and medium Harriet (Tiffany Haddish) to clean house. "Haunted Mansion" is a horror comedy directed by Justin Simien from a script by Katie Dippold based on Walt Disney's theme park attraction The Haunted Mansion. The ride was previously adapted for the big screen in 2003. The cast features LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Dan Levy, Jamie Lee Curtis and Jared Leto. The film opened in theaters on July 27 2023.

"Bad Hair" is a horror comedy written, directed and produced by Justin Simien ("Dear White People").

Set in 1989, the film stars Elle Lorraine as Anna, an ambitious young woman who gets a weave in order to succeed in the image-obsessed world of music television. However, her flourishing career may come at a great cost when she realizes that her new hair may have a mind of its own. Vanessa Williams, Jay Pharoah, Lena Waithe, Yaani King, Blair Underwood and Laverne Cox co-star.

"Bad Hair" premiered on October 23, 2020 on Hulu.

The third season of the dramedy series "Dear White People" has premiered on August 2, 2019 on Netflix. Created by Justin Simien based on his 2014 film of the same name, the show follows students of color as they navigate the daily slights and slippery politics of life at an Ivy League college that's not nearly as "post-racial" as it thinks. The cast features Logan Browning, Brandon P. Bell, DeRon Horton, Antoinette Robertson, John Patrick Amedori, Marque Richardson and Ashley Blaine Featherson.

The new Netflix series "Dear White People" is an adaptation of the 2014 film of the same name. Justin Simien returns to write and direct the first two and last episodes of the show. Other episodes are directed by Tina Mabry ("Queen of the South"), Barry Jenkins ("Moonlight"), Steven Tsuchida ("The Jim Gaffigan Show"), Nisha Ganatra and Charlie McDowell ("The One I Love").

The 10-episode series explores racial tensions at a mostly white Ivy League college. Tessa Thompson, who starred in the film, is replaced here by Logan Browning ("Powers"), while Brandon Bell reprises his role. Marque Richardson, Antoinette Robertson, John Patrick Amedori, DeRon Horton and Nia Long also star.

"Dear White People" is now streaming via Netflix.
