"Best Medicine" is a medical dramedy series created by Liz Tuccillo based on the ITV series "Doc Martin" (2004-2022). The show stars Josh Charles, Abigail Spencer, Josh Segarra, Cree, Annie Potts, Didi Conn, Clea Lewis, Stephen Spinella, John DiMaggio and Martin Clunes ("Doc Martin"). It premiered on January 4, 2026 on Fox.
