"Susana and Elvira: No Plan B" ("Susana y Elvira: Sin plan B") is a Colombian dramedy directed by Maria Gamboa and written by Ana María Parra and Maria Fernanda Moreno based on the iconic blog and web series. The film follows Susana and Elvira, two former best friends who reunite after two years apart to organize the celebrity wedding of the year. The cast features Manuela Gonzalez, Mabel Moreno, CLaudio Catano, Emmanuel Esparza, Emmanuel Restrepo, Luciano D'Alessandro and Julian Cerati. It premiered on July 12, 2026 on Netflix.
