The second season of the comedy series "A.P. Bio" is set to premiere on March 7, 2019 on NBC at 8:30p. Created by SNL writer Michael Patrick O'Brien, the show follows a disgraced Harvard philosophy professor (Glenn Howerton) who takes a job teaching Advanced Placement Biology at Whitlock High School, where he uses his students to get back at the people in his life who have wronged him. The cast also features Lyric Lewis, Mary Sohn, Jean Villepique, Tom Bennett, Patton Oswalt and Nick Peine.
