The third and final season of the dramedy series "Survival of the Thickest" has premiered on July 2, 2026 on Netlix. Created by Michelle Buteau and Danielle Sanchez Witzel based on Buteau's own memoir of the same name, the show follows Mavis (Buteau), a plus-size Black stylist looking for love and success, who is determined to survive and thrive with her body-positivity and the support of her chosen family. The cast also includes Tone Bell, Marouane Zotti, Garcelle Beauvais, Peppermint, Anthony Michael Lopez, Ronny Cheng, Ashley Romans and Liza Treyger.
