The second season of the crime drama series "The Sinner" has premiered on August 1, 2018 on the USA Network. Created by Derek Simonds based on the novel of the same name by Petra Hammesfahr, the anthology series follows Detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) as he investigates shocking crimes. The new season finds Ambrose returning to his upstate New York home to investigate the murder of two parents by their 11-year-old son. Carrie Coon, Ellen Adair, Elisha Henig and Natalie Paul are among the season's new cast members.
