Product Description: Now that Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) have a second baby on the way, they are ready to make the final move into adulthood: the suburbs. But just as they thought they'd reclaimed the neighborhood and were safe to sell, they learn that the new occupants next door are a hard–partying, out-of-control sorority, led by Shelby (Chloe Grace Moretz). Mac and Kelly are forced to team up with their charismatic ex-neighbor and now secret weapon, Teddy (Zac Efron), since the ladies of Kappa Nu aren't going down without a fight.

Weekend Box-Office: ANGRY BIRDS Takes Down CAPTAIN AMERICA

"Captain America: Civil War" lost its hold on the top spot at the box-office with the debut of the animated mobile app adapation "Angry Birds". Still, the comic book adaptation has plenty to be happy about. Meanwhile, "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" and "The Nice Guys" ranked in the Top 5 with relatively modest results.

This week in theaters we have neighbors, nice guys and angry birds. If you're looking for some raunchy fun, check out the R-rated comedies "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" and Shane Black's "The Nice Guys". For those looking to take the kids out to see a movie, you can opt for "The Angry Birds Movie", an animated feature with a bad attitude. And, for anyone looking for something a little softer, the indie romantic comedy "Maggie's Plan" is looking pretty good and it's now out in limited release. More about each movie after the jump.

New NEIGHBORS 2 Red Band Trailers, Clips, Images and Posters

Universal Pictures has released two red-band trailers, a featurette, six clips and three new posters for the comedy sequel "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising".

The film is now in theaters, and according to the critics, it's still a ride worth taking if you enjoyed the first one. However, opinions are split on whether it's better or worse than the original. While the premise is entirely recycled, it still manages to find enough fresh humor to make it entertaining, even if it suffers from some issues in its execution.

Directed by Nicholas Stoller ("Forgetting Sarah Marshall"), the film stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Chloe Grace Moretz, Selena Gomez, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Kiersey Clemons, Beanie Feldstein, Lisa Kudrow, Ike Barinholtz and Carla Gallo.

NEIGHBORS 2: SORORITY RISING Trailer, Images and Poster

Universal Pictures has released the first trailer, images and poster for the comedy sequel "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising". Directed by Nicholas Stoller ("Forgetting Sarah Marshall"), the new installment replaces Zac Efron's fraternity with a sorority led by Chloe Grace Moretz. If you're thinking where's the originality in rehashing the same plot, well, there isn't much. They did it in "The Hangover" franchise, and it didn't turn out well. You have to wonder, though, what will they do for the third movie ?

The cast also includes Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Selena Gomez, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Kiersey Clemons, Beanie Feldstein, Lisa Kudrow, Ike Barinholtz and Carla Gallo.

"Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" opens in theaters on May 20th.

Chloe Grace Moretz Joins NEIGHBORS 2; Official Title and Release Date Announced

The sequel to the 2014 hit comedy "Neighbors" is moving forward. Universal previously announced that Nicholas Stoller will return to helm the follow-up with Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron ready to reprise their roles. Now we have even more news. The studio revealed that the sequel will be titled "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising". Also, Chloe Grace Moretz ("Kick-Ass") has been cast in an unknown role that will probably have something to do with the titular Sorority. Moretz herself confirmed the casting via Twitter by saying "it's the girls' time to take over".

Stoller, Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Jay Cohen and Brendan O'Brien will be handling the sequel's script. Universal also announced that "Neighbors 2" will be released in theaters on Friday, May 20th, 2016.
