The cast features John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Alicia Goranson, Michael Fishman, Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara, Jayden Rey and Maya Lynne Robinson. Guest stars include Juliette Lewis, Mary Steenburgen, Johnny Galecki, Matthew Broderick and Justin Long.

"The Conners" premiered on October 16, 2018 on ABC and received mostly positive reviews from critics.
