The second season of the sci-fi drama series "Roswell, New Mexico" has premiered on March 16, 2020 on The CW. Created by Carina Adly MacKenzie, the series is the second adaptation of the "Roswell High" book series by Melinda Metz, and it centers on a town where aliens with unearthly abilities live undercover among humans. When a violent attack points to a greater alien presence, the politics of fear and hatred threaten to expose them.

The cast includes Jeanine Mason, Nathan Dean, Michael Vlamis, Lily Cowles, Tyler Blackburn, Heather Hemmens, Michael Trevino, Amber Midthunder, and Trevor St. John.

"Roswell, New Mexico" is a new sci-fi drama series and the second adaptation based on the Roswell High book series by Melinda Metz.

The series follows biomedical researcher Liz Ortecho (Jeanine Mason), who returns to her hometown after 10 years and learns that her teenage crush Max (Nathan Parsons) is now a police officer and one of many aliens living undercover among humans. The cast also includes Lily Cowles, Michael Vlamis, Tyler Blackburn, Michael Trevino, Heather Hemmens and Karan Oberoi.

"Roswell, New Mexico" premiered on January 15, 2019 on The CW and received mixed reviews from critics.
