The sixth season of the British procedural drama series "Endeavour" has premiered in the U.S. on June 16, 2019 on PBS. The new season originally aired in the U.K. between February 10 and March 3 on ITV.
Created by Russell Lewis, the show is set in the 1960s and it follows Endeavour Morse (Shaun Evans) in his early years as a police constable, working alongside his senior partner DI Fred Thursday (Roger Allam) to investigate murders in Oxford. The sixth season finds DS Morse's case in rural Woodstock reuniting him with DI Thursday, who is now working for DI Ronnie Box (Simon Harrison) at Castle Gate station.
