In Theaters: STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS, SISTERS, ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS: THE ROAD CHIP, SON OF SAUL

Although there are three new wide releases in theaters this week, only one really matters, "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens". Disney's behemoth is already looking to break the single day opening box-office record, so very little is left for the Tina Fey & Amy Poehler comedy "Sisters", or the family flick "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip". If, however, you feel like seeing something darker than your average blockbuster fare, maybe you can catch the Foreign Film awards-favorite Holocaust drama "Son of Saul" which is now in limited release.
