The seventh season of the action series "Strike Back", subtitled "Revolution" has premiered on January 25, 2019 on Cinemax. The new season is set six months after the events of the last season as the British special-ops Section 20 team, Gracie Novin (Alin Sumarwata), Samuel Wyatt (Daniel MacPherson) and Thomas "Mac" McAllister (Warren Brown ), are reunited for what they think is a routine "cleanup" exercise in Malaysia. Jamie Bamber joins the show as the team's new commanding officer, Col. Alexander Coltrane.
