The eleventh season of the crime drama series
"The Brokenwood Mysteries" premieres on April 21, 2025 on Acorn TV in the US and Canada with additional episodes dropping weekly on Mondays on the platform.
Produced by South Pacific Pictures, the show stars
Neill Rea as Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Shepherd and
Fern Sutherland as Detective Kristin Sims, who investigate crimes in the small town of Brokenwood, New Zealand.
Cristina Serban Ionda also returns as eccentric pathologist Dr. Gina Kadinsky, as well as
Jarod Rawiri as Detective Constable Daniel Chalmers.
Tim Balme serves as head writer and producer, and he also penned the scripts for the season premiere and finale episodes.
