Square Enix has released a trailer for their upcoming "Final Fantasy XIV" patch titled "The Far Edge of Fate". The first half will be released on January 17th, and the second part is due sometime in March.
This patch is the latest in the developer's attempt to strengthen a game that was heavily criticized at the moment of its release back in 2013, but has since grown into something quite remarkable. Update 3.5 will include new dungeons, mounts, gear and quests. A second expansion for the game, named "Stormblood" will be released on June 20th.
