THE OA Season 2 Trailer, Images and Poster

The second season of Netflix's 2016 series "The OA" has premiered on March 22, 2019. Created by Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij, the show focuses on the mysterious return of a young woman (Marling), previously blind, who is now in her twenties with her sight restored. The new season is set (in part) in an alternate universe in which Marling plays a Russian heiress who crosses paths with PI Karim Washington (Kingsley Ben-Adir), who is looking for a missing teenager.

The cast also features Jason Isaacs, Emory Cohen, Patrick Gibson, Phyllis Smith, Sharon Van Etten, Will Brill, Brendan Meyer, Ian Alexander, Brandon Perea and Chloe Levine. Guest stars include Paz Vega, Irene Jacob, Vincent Kartheiser, Sheila Vand and Riz Ahmed.

THE OA Netflix Series Trailer, Clips, Images and Poster

"The OA" is a new Netflix series created by "Sound of My Voice" writer/director Zal Batmanglij and Brit Marling that tells the story of Prairie (Marling), a blind woman who returns home after a 7-year disappearance with her sight mysteriously restored. While some see it as a miracle, others feels she might be dangerous.

The show also stars Jason Isaacs, Emory Cohen, Scott Wilson, Alice Krige, Paz Vega and Riz Ahmed.

"The OA" Season 1 is now available via Netflix.
