The second season of the adult animated sci-fi comedy series "The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy" has premiered on May 27, 2025 on Prime Video. Created by Cirocco Dunlap, the series follows alien surgeons and best friends Dr. Klak (Keke Palmer) and Dr. Sleech (Stephanie Hsu) as they deal with a variety of cases. The voice cast also includes Kieran Culkin, Natasha Lyonne, Maya Rudolph, Sam Smith, Andrew Dismukes and Abbi Jacobson.
