The 31st season of the animated sitcom "The Simpsons" has premiered on September 29, 2019 on FOX. Created by James L. Brooks, Matt Groening and Sam Simon, the show follows the adventures of the titular working-class family in the fictional city of Springfield. The voice cast features Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright, Yeardley Smith, Hank Azaria and Harry Shearer. Guest voices this season include Scott Bakula, Asia Kate Dillon, Fortune Feimster, Jane Goodall, John Legend, Jason Momoa, John Mulaney, Bob Odenkirk, Jim Parsons, Joseph and Anthony Russo, Chrissy Teigen, and Zach Woods.
