THEY SHALL NOT GROW OLD (2018) - Trailers, Featurette, Images and Posters

"They Shall Not Grow Old" is documentary feature directed and produced by Peter Jackson ("The Lord of the Rings", "The Hobbit") that focuses on the British troops of the First World War. The film uses state of the art technology to restore World War I footage from the Imperial War Museum's archives, as well as audio from BBC and IWM interviews of British servicemen who fought in the conflict. Sound effects and voice acting were added for a more evocative effect.

The film received a BAFTA Award nomination for Best Documentary.

"They Shall Not Grow Old" premiered at the BFI London Film Festival and in select theaters in the U.K. on October 16, 2018. It aired on BBC Two on November 11, 2018 on the hundredth anniversary of the Armistice of 11 November 1918. It received a limited U.S. release on December 17, 2018 and expanded nationwide on February 2019 after grossing a massive $8.3 million from just three event screenings.

Box-Office: GLASS Threepeats at #1 Over Slow Super Bowl Weekend

The box-office slowed down over the Super Bowl weekend and allowed M. Night Shyamalan's "Glass" to top the charts for a third consecutive week. Most films registered steep drops, and new release "Miss Bala" failed to shine. Overall this is the worst Super Bowl weekend at the box-office since 2000.

In Theaters: MISS BALA, THEY SHALL NOT GROW OLD, ARCTIC and VELVET BUZZSAW

The American remake of the Mexican crime drama "Miss Bala" starring Gina Rodriguez has been released in theaters and it's nowhere near as good as the original. Both critics and moviegoers seem to be in agreement on this. Since the remake is this week's only new wide release, it looks like "Glass" will be holding its ground at the top of the box-office charts.

More interesting propositions can be found in limited release, like Peter Jackson's WWI documentary "They Shall Not Grow Old", the survival drama "Arctic" starring Mads Mikkelsen and the Netflix satirical horror "Velvet Buzzsaw" starring Jake Gyllenhaal.
