"Sins of Kujo" ("Kujô no Taizai") is a new live-action legal drama series based on the manga of the same name by Shohei Manabe, which is currently serialized in "Weekly Big Comic Spirits" published by Shogakukan. Directed by Nobuhiro Doi, Takeyoshi Yamamoto and Hiroshi Adachi, and written by Nonji Nemoto, the show stars Yuya Yagira, Hokuto Matsumura, Elaiza Ikeda, Kenta Machida, Takuma Otoo and Muro Tsuyoshi. "Sins of Kujo" premiered on April 2, 2026 on Netflix.

"Kujo Taiza is a lawyer who defends only society’s worst, including thugs and ex-convicts. When elite lawyer Shinji Karasuma finds himself working for Kujo, he is quickly shocked by the man’s unconventional style that doesn’t adhere to standard ethics. As they represent clients with cases that reflect the gritty underbelly of society, Karasuma comes to understand Kujo’s convictions but struggles to grasp his idea of justice, which Kujo tries to achieve even through morally-ambiguous methods. He must decide if Kujo is truly a wicked lawyer or not."
