The second season of the anime series "The Beginning After the End" has premiered on April 2, 2026 and streams on Crunchyhroll.

Based on the web novel series written by TurtleMe and illustrated by Fuyuki23, the show is directed by Keitaro Motonaga ("The Kingdoms of Ruin") at studio A-CAT, with series composition by Takamitsu Kono ("A Returner's Magic Should Be Special"), character designs by Masami Sueoka ("The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord's Army was a Human") and music by Keiji Inai ("Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?").

The opening theme song is "Sayonara janai hou ga ii" by SIX LOUNGE, while the ending theme song is "Futatsu no Michi" performed by idol girl group 22/7. The voice cast includes Makoto Furukawa, Natsumi Fujiwara, Christopher Wehkamp, Amber May, Rena Maeda, Yamato Kinjo, Saya Aizawa and Kana Ichinose.
