Alê Abreu's animated film "The Boy and the World" was released in U.S. theaters today and GKIDS offers an official trailer, a clip, eight images and two posters to showcase their picture.
The Brazilian film tells the story of a little boy who goes on an adventurous quest in search of his father. The film has received three Annie Awards nominations including Best Animated Feature (Independent), as well as many other film festival awards including Best Feature at the Annecy International, Cinema Brazil Grand Prize, Mill Valley, Munich and Shanghai International Film Festivals.
