First Images of THE PREDATOR Cast Feature Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn and Thomas Jane

Writer/director Shane Black has released the first official look at the cast of his upcoming sci-fi thriller "The Predator" via Twitter. The film is a sequel to the 1987 "Predator", and Black is currently filming in Vancouver.

The first image is a nice and clean studio shoot featuring Boyd Holbrook ("Logan"), Olivia Munn ("X-Men: Apocalypse"), Alfie Allen ("Game of Thrones") Trevante Rhodes ("Moonlight"), Sterling K. Brown ("American Crime Story"), Jacob Tremblay ("Room"), and Keegan-Michael Key. The second image also reveals the presence of Thomas Jane, although how important his character will be in the film is still a mystery, especially considering that he wasn't in the first picture. Yvonne Strahovski also stars in the film, but wasn't featured in any of these first images.

"The Predator" is set to open in theaters on February 9, 2018.

First THOR: RAGNAROK Images Featuring Chris Hemsworth, Cate Blanchett and More

Today we have our first look at the upcoming Marvel movie "Thor: Ragnarok" via Entertainment Weekly. The images feature Chris Hemsworth as the titular superhero, Cate Blanchett as the villainous Hela, the Goddess of Death, Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner and Tom Hiddleston as Loki.

The film will also star Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Jaimie Alexander, Ray Stevenson, Karl Urban and Sam Neill.

Directed by Taika Waititi ("What We Do in the Shadows"), "Thor: Ragnarok" is set to open in theaters on November 3rd.

GHOST IN THE SHELL Teaser Trailer, Images and Poster

Paramount Pictures has released the first official trailer for their upcoming "Ghost in the Shell" movie. Based on the classic manga by Masamune Shirow and the 1995 anime, this new adaptation directed by Rupert Sanders ("Snow White and the Huntsman") stars Scarlett Johansson as a special ops human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9, which is devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists. Michael Wincott, Michael Pitt, Juliette Binoche, Takeshi Kitano and Pilou Asbæk co-star.

"Ghost in the Shell" will open in theaters on March 31, 2017.

TRUE MEMOIRS OF AN INTERNATIONAL ASSASSIN Trailer, Clip, Images and Poster

The Netflix comedy "True Memoirs of an International Assassin" stars Kevin James as Sam Larson, a mild-mannered would-be author who gets mistaken for a killer-for-hire when his fictional novel about an international assassin is published as a true story.

Written and directed by Jeff Wadlow ("Kick-Ass 2"), the film also stars Maurice Compte, Kim Coates, Zulay Henao, Rob Riggle and Ron Rifkin.

"True Memoirs of an International Assassin" is now streaming on Netflix.

"Arrival" is a new film from director Denis Villeneuve ("Prisoners", "Sicario") and according to the critics, it absolutely revolutionizes the sci-fi genre. Amy Adams stars as an expert linguist who is recruited to lead an elite team tasked with finding a way to communicate with an alien species after mysterious spacecraft land on our planet. The cast also features Jeremy Renner, Forest Whitaker, Michael Stuhlbarg and Tzi Ma.

"Arrival" is now in theaters.

The musical "La La Land" is writer/director Damien Chazelle's followup to the highly acclaimed "Whiplash", and it stars Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling as an aspiring actress and a jazz pianist, who fall in love while pursuing their dreams in modern-day Los Angeles. The cast also includes John Legend, Rosemarie DeWitt, Finn Wittrock, Callie Hernandez, Sonoya Mizuno, Jessica Rothe, Tom Everett Scott and Josh Pence.

"La La Land" begins a limited release in theaters on December 9th.

The thriller "Shut In" stars Naomi Watts as a widowed child psychologist who lives an isolated existence in rural New England. When a young boy (Jacob Tremblay) she had been treating is reported missing, and presumed dead, she becomes convinced that his ghost is haunting her and her bedridden son (Charlie Heaton).

Directed by Farren Blackburn from a screenplay by Christina Hodson, the film also stars Oliver Platt, David Cubitt, Alex Braunstein and Clémentine Poidatz.

"Shut In" opens in theaters on November 11th.

STAN AGAINST EVIL Trailer, Featurette, Images and Poster

"Stan Against Evil" is a new eight-episode horror comedy show created by former Simpsons writer Dana Gould. The series stars John C. McGinley as the former sheriff of a small New Hampshire town who teams up with his replacement (Janet Varney) to battle the supernatural elements that have been plaguing the quiet community, which has apparently been built on top of a massive 17th century witch burning site. Deborah Baker Jr., Mick Ignis and Nate Mooney co-star.

"Stan Against Evil" premieres on November 2nd.

LOVING Trailer, Clips, Images and Poster

Written and directed by Jeff Nichols ("Take Shelter", "Mud"), the biopic "Loving" chronicles the courage and commitment of an interracial couple, played by Joel Edgerton and Ruth Negga, who married and then spent the next nine years fighting for the right to live as a family in their hometown. The film also stars Will Dalton, Terri Abney, Alano Miller and Chris Greene.

"Loving" opens in theaters on November 4th.

ARMY OF ONE Trailer, Images and Poster

Directed by Larry Charles ("Borat", "The Dictator"), the comedy "Army of One" stars Nicolas Cage as an ex-con and unemployed handyman who is contacted by God (Russell Brand) and given the divine mission to capture Osama Bin Laden (Amer Chadha-Patel). The film also stars Denis O'Hare, Rainn Wilson, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Fiona Vroom, Matthew Modine and Will Sasso.

Written and directed by Oz Perkins, "I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House" is a new Netflix original horror movie. Ruth Wilson stars as a young nurse who is hired to take care of an elderly, reclusive horror novelist. But, as it's usually the case in such films, dark, haunting secrets begin to surface. The film also stars Lucy Boynton, Bob Balaban, Paula Prentiss and Brad Milne, and it is now available on Netflix everywhere.

PURE GENIUS Season 1 Trailer, Images and Poster

Tonight, CBS premieres a new medical drama series titled "Pure Genius". Augustus Prew ("The Borgias") stars as a young Silicon Valley tech billionaire who enlists the help of a controversial surgeon (Dermot Mulroney) to help him open a cutting edge hospital.

The cast also includes Kelly Albanese, Keon Alexander, Eva Ariel Binder, Carson Dean and Geoffrey Blake.
