Nestor Carbonell Joins MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN Season 5

Emmy-winning "Bates Motel" and "The Morning Show" actor Nestor Carbonell has joined the cast of the upcoming fifth and final season of the Paramount+ series "Mayor of Kingstown". Carbonell is set to appear in a recurring role as Enrique Molina, a crime boss who comes to Kingstown to avenge a relative who has gone missing. The final season will consist of eight episodes.

Production is currently underway in Pittsburgh, PA, and is expected to be released in late 2026 or early 2027. Here is the official synopsis: "In the wake of Tracy’s murder and the vengeance visited upon Callahan by Mike (Renner) and Kyle (Handley), FBI agent Russell Hardy (Morse) arrives in Kingstown searching for the ‘fugitive’ Callahan. A true lawman, Agent Hardy threatens to unearth all of Mike’s sins and secrets, and disrupt Kingstown’s tenuous balance of power".

The cast includes Jeremy Renner, Edie Falco, Laura Benanti, Hugh Dillon, Taylor Handley, Tobi Bamtefa, Derek Webster, David Morse, Necar Zadegan, Nichole Galicia, and Lennie James.

"Mayor of Kingstown" is created and executive produced by Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon. Other producers include Renner, Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Michael Friedman, Dave Erickson, Wendy Riss, Evan Perazzo, Michael Slovis, Regina Corrado, and Keith Cox. Erickson also serves as showrunner for the series. The series is produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions.

David Morse Joins the Fifth and Final Season of MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN

Emmy and Tony-nominated actor David Morse ("The Green Mile", "The Rock", "We Were Liars") has joined the fifth and final season of Taylor Sheridan's Paramount+ crime drama series "Mayor of Kingstown" as a new series regular. Production on the eight-episode final season is currently underway.

Morse will play Russell Hardy, a seasoned FBI agent sent to Kingstown. In the wake of Tracy's (Nishi Munshi) murder and the vengeance visited upon Callahan by Mike (Jeremy Renner) and Kyle (Taylor Handley), FBI agent Russell Hardy (Morse) arrives in Kingstown searching for the "fugitive" Callahan. A true lawman, Agent Hardy threatens to unearth all of Mike's sins and secrets, and disrupt Kingstown's tenuous balance of power.

Vera Farmiga and Florence Pugh Join Cast of Marvel's HAWKEYE Series

"Bates Motel" and "The Conjuring" star Vera Farmiga is in talks to join the cast of Marvel and Disney+'s upcoming series "Hawkeye". Florence Pugh has also joined the cast, and will reprise her role of Yelena Belova from "Black Widow".

Farmiga would play Eleanor Bishop, the mother of Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld). The series will follow Clint Barton/Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) as he trains Kate to take over his mantle. Production is currently underway in New York.

The cast also includes Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Alaqua Cox, and Zahn McClarnon. Fee will play Kazi, most likely short for Kazimierz Kazimierczak, known to Marvel fans as the mercenary villain Clown. Dalton will play Jack Duquesne, who is probably the Marvel character Jacques Duquesne or Swordsman.

Newcomer Cox will play Marvel character Echo/Maya Lopez, a deaf Native American who is capable of perfectly copying another person's movements, making her a formidable fighter. McClarnon will play the role of William Lopez, Maya's father.

The show will be directed by Bert and Bertie aka "Troop Zero" filmmakers Amber Finlayson and Katie Ellwood, and "SNL" director Rhys Thomas. The script is penned by Jonathan Igla ("Mad Men").

ARCTIC DOGS Trailers, Clips, Featurette, Images and Poster

"Arctic Dogs" is an animated film directed by Aaron Woodley ("Spark: A Space Tail") from a script he co-wrote alongside ("Escape from Planet Earth") scribes Bob Barlen and Cal Brunker.

The film tells the story of Swifty the Arctic Fox (Jeremy Renner), a package delivery service mailroom worker who dreams of becoming a Top Dog, the Arctic's star husky couriers. The voice cast also features Heidi Klum, James Franco, John Cleese, Omar Sy, Laurie Holden, Anjelica Huston, Alec Baldwin and Donny Falsetti.

"Arctic Dogs" opened in theaters on November 1, 2019. The film has received a negative reception from critics and has become one of the biggest box-office bombs in history, grossing only $3.5 million in its opening weekend against a $50 million budget.

Hailee Steinfeld in Talks for Kate Bishop Role in Hawkeye Disney+ Series

"Bumblebee" and "The Edge of Seventeen" star Hailee Steinfeld is in talks to star in the upcoming Disney+ series "Hawkeye".

The show is set in the Marvel universe and continues the story of the titular MCU superhero aka Clint Barton, played by Jeremy Renner, who will train a new recruit, Kate Bishop (Steinfeld). In the comics, Bishop becomes the new Hawkeye and joins a group called the Young Avengers. "Mad Men" alum Jonathan Igla has been tapped to write and executive-produce the series.

This will be the streaming service's fourth MCU-set series, along with "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" (Fall 2020), "WandaVision" (Spring 2021) starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, and the six-episode "Loki" (Spring 2021) starring Tom Hiddleston. A Marvel animated series titled "What If..." is also in the works and will premiere in the summer of 2021. Future shows also include "Ms. Marvel", "Moon Knight" and "She-Hulk".

"Hawkeye" is set to debut in the fall of 2021. All Marvel Disney+ shows are being produced by Kevin Feige's Marvel Studios and will be fully integrated into the MCU. Disney+ will launch on November 12, and the subscription will cost $6.99 a month.

Steinfeld can also be seen later this year in the Apple+ series "Dickinson", in which she stars as 19th century poet Emily Dickinson.

"Tag" is an R-rated comedy directed by Jeff Tomsic ("This Is Not Happening") from a script written by Rob McKittrick ("The Brothers Solomon") and Mark Steilen ("Stuck on You") based on a true story published in The Wall Street Journal.

The film follows five highly competitive friends, played by Ed Helms, Jeremy Renner, Jake Johnson, Jon Hamm and Hannibal Buress, who spend one month every year playing an elaborate game of tag, risking their necks, their jobs and their relationships to take each other down. Annabelle Wallis, Isla Fisher, Rashida Jones and Leslie Bibb co-star.

"Tag" opened in theaters on June 15, 2018 and received mixed-to-positive reviews from critics. With "Incredibles 2" ready to score a record-breaking debut, "Tag" is expected to finish its opening weekend with around $13 million.

KNIGHTFALL Series Trailers, Clip, Images and Posters

"Knightfall" is a new historical drama series developed by The History Channel and executive-produced by Jeremy Renner. The series chronicles the final days of Knights Templar during the 14th century and it stars Tom Cullen, Jim Carter, Padraic Delaney, Simon Merrells, Julian Ovenden, Sam Hazeldine, Olivia Ross, Ed Stoppard, Sabrina Bartlett and Bobby Schofield. Renner will also have a guest appearance on the show.

"Knightfall" premiered on December 6, 2017 and received mixed reviews from critics. The next episode will air on December 13th.
