"The Witcher" is a fantasy drama series created by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich based on the book series of the same name by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, which also inspired a very popular role-playing video game franchise.

The show stars Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, who embarks on an adventure along with sorceress Yennefer (Anya Cholatra), and Princess Ciri (Freya Allan). The cast also includes Jodhi May, Björn Hlynur Haraldsson, Adam Levy, MyAnna Burning and Emma Appleton.

"The Witcher" premiered on December 20, 2019. The series has already been renewed for a second season.

FORTITUDE Season 2 Trailers, Featurettes, Images and Poster

The second season of the British sci-fi thriller series "Fortitude" has made the move to Amazon Prime from the defunct Pivot network. Created and written by Simon Donald ("Beautiful Creatures"), the show is set in a fictional Arctic community, and the new season continues with the aftermath of the horrific events which have changed the town forever.

The cast features Richard Dormer, Dennis Quaid, Björn Hlynur Haraldsson, Sienna Guillory, Sofie Gråbøl, Mia Jexen and Alexandra Moen.
