Weekend Box Office Novocaine

The action comedy "Novocaine" starring Jack Quaid topped the charts over the worst weekend of 2025, so far ($52 million for all releases). It wasn't a great weekend for other new semi-wide releases like Steven Soderbergh's spy thriller "Black Bag", the animated film "The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie", and the Biblical drama "The Last Supper", which all underperformed. Meanwhile, the A24 thriller "Opus" failed to even make the Top 10.
