Day Drinker Johnny Depp Penelope Cruz Trailer

Today we have new trailers for:
  • The crime thriller "Day Drinker" directed by Marc Webb ("The Amazing Spider-Man") and starring Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz and Madelyn Cline.
  • The darkly comic political thriller "Wild Horse Nine" from Oscar-winning writer/director Martin McDonagh ("Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri", "The Banshees of Inisherin"). The film stars John Malkovich, Sam Rockwell, Steve Buscemi, Tom Waits, and Parker Posey.
  • The British legal thriller "Prima Facie" starring Cynthia Erivo ("Wicked"). Directed by Susanna White ("Andor", "Our Kind of Traitor"), the film is based on the play of the same name by Suzie Miller.
  • Chris Rock's new directorial project "Misty Green", a drama starring Rosalind Eleazar ("Slow Horses"), Daniel Kaluuya, Adam Driver, Anna Kendrick, Topher Grace and Rock himself.
  • The British romantic drama "Falling" starring Isabel May, Emma Laird, Sophie Simnett, KJ Apa and Archie Renaux.

The Kitchen 2023 Movie Trailer Images Posters

"The Kitches" is a dystopian sci-fi drama directed by Kibwe Tavares and Daniel Kaluuya. The cast includes Kane Robinson, Jedaiah Bannerman, Hop Ikpoku Jr, Teija Kabs, Demmy Ladipo, Cirstale and BackRoad Gee. The film premiered on January 19, 2024 on Netflix.

 Steven Yeun to Star in Jordan Peele's Next Movie
Recently Oscar nominated actor Steven Yeun ("Minari", "The Walking Dead") is set to join an untitled project from "Get Out" and "Us" filmmaker Jordan Peele.

The cast also includes Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer. Plot details are not known at this point, but Palmer is said to play a villain in the movie. Peele is writing, directing and producing the film, which is expected to debut on July 22, 2022.

This will mark Peele's third collaboration with Universal. "Get Out" was a critical and box-office hit, earning the filmmaker an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. "Us" and "Get Out" collectively earned more than $500 million worldwide.

Peele is also a producer and writer on the upcoming "Candyman" remake, which was pushed back several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and is now set to be released on August 27th.

"Yeun" recently joined the Netflix comedy series "Beef", in which he stars alongside Ali Wong. He currently voices the lead character in Amazon Prime's superhero animated series "Invincible".

"Judas and the Black Messiah" is a biographical drama directed by Shaka King from a script he co-wrote alongside Will Berson.

The film tells the true story of FBI informant William O'Neal (LaKeith Stanfield), who was tasked with infiltrating the Illinois Black Panther Party and keeping tabs on their charismatic leader, Chairman Fred Hampton (Daniel Kaluuya). A battle wages for O'Neal's soul, torn between his mission and The Panthers. Jesse Plemons, Dominique Fishback, Ashton Sanders, Lil rel Howery and Martin Sheen co-star.

"Judas and the Black Messiah" premiered at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival, and was released on February 12, 2021 simultaneously in theaters and on HBO Max.

Daniel Kaluuya to Star in Sci-Fi Film THE UPPER WORLD for Netflix
"Get Out" and "Queen & Slim" star Daniel Kaluuya is set to star in and produce Netflix's scicence fiction thriller "The Upper World" based on the debut novel of Togo-born, British-Nigerian writer Femi Fadugba. The author has a master's degree from Oxford University, where he published papers on quantum physics, and was a Thouron scholar at UPenn.

The story follows Esso, a man caught in a deadly feud and on the verge of expulsion when he realizes he has an unexpected gift. He can access a world where he can see glimpses of the past and the future. A generation away, Rhia is walking to football practice in 2035, unaware that the mysterious stranger she's about to meet desperately needs her help to avert a bullet fired 15 years ago.

"The Upper World" is the first in a planned series of novels from Penguin U.K. and HarperCollins US, which are expected to publish the book in mid-2021 and early 2022, respectively.

Kaluuya will produce alongside Screen Arcade's Eric Newman and Bryan Unkeless. Newman brought the property to Netflix. Fadugba will executive produce.

Kaluuya can next be seen in Warner Bros' "Judas and the Black Messiah".

A modern day Bonnie and Clyde story, the film stars Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith as an African-American couple whose first date takes an unexpected turn when a police officer pulls them over, forcing them to go on the run. Bokeem Woodbine, Chloe Sevigny, Flea, Indya Moore and Sturgill Simpson co-star.

"Queen & Slim" opened in theaters on November 14, 2019.

"Widows" is a crime drama directed by Steve McQueen from a screenplay written by McQueen and "Gone Girl" bestselling author Gillian Flynn based on the 1983 ITV series of the same name.

Set in contemporary Chicago, the film follows four women with nothing in common except a debt left behind by their dead husbands' criminal activities, who take fate into their own hands, and conspire to forge a future on their own terms.

The ensemble cast features Viola Davis, Michelle Rodriguez, Elizabeth Debicki, Cynthia Erivo, Colin Farrell, Brian Tyree Henry, Daniel Kaluuya, Jacki Weaver, Carrie Coon, Robert Duvall and Liam Neeson.

"Widows" premiered at this year's Toronto International Film Festival where it was nominated for the People's Choice Award (Gala Presentations), and it was released in theaters on November 16, 2018. The film received mostly positive reviews from critics and pundits are expecting a $17 million debut at the box-office from 2,803 theaters.

The horror film "Get Out" is Jordan Peele's directorial debut. Peele also wrote the script, and the film is produced by Jason Blum ("Insidious", "The Purge").

Daniel Kaluuya stars as a young African-American who visits his girlfriend's (Allison Williams) mysterious family in rural upstate New York. Although initially fearful of her family's reaction to their interracial relationship, the parents (Bradley Whitford and Catherine Keener) seem overly accommodating. However, a series of disturbing events lead him to a horrifying discvoery.

The cast also includes Marcus Henderson, Caleb Landry Jones, Lakeith Stanfield, Stephen Root, LilRel Howery and Betty Gabriel.

"Get Out" opened in theaters on February 24, 2017 to universally positive reviews. The film grossed $10.8 million on Friday and is expected to finish its opening weekend with $20-25 million.
