TWISTED (2026) - Trailer, Images and Poster

"Twisted" is a horror thriller directed by Darren Lynn Bousman ("Saw II", "Repo! The Genetic Opera") from a screenplay by Jonathan Bernstein and James Greer ("Unsane"). The cast includes Djimon Hounsou, Lauren LaVera, Mia Healey, Gina Philips, Neal McDonough, and Alicia Witt. The film was released in select theaters and via streaming on February 6, 2026.

TERRIFIER Breakout Star Lauren LaVera to Star in Horror Film THE MONSTER Opposite Djimon Hounsou

Rising scream queen Lauren Lavera ("Terrifier 2", "Terrifier 3") has signed on to star in the upcoming horror film "The Monster" which will be directed by "Saw" franchise helmer Darren Lynn Bousman. The film also stars two-time Oscar nominee Djimon Hounsou ("Gladiator", "Blood Diamond").

"The Monster" follows two millennials who make quick money by leasing incredible New York City apartments they don’t own to people who don’t know they are being scammed. The con works brilliantly until they run into an apartment owner with a dark secret who flips the game on them.

The screenplay is penned Jonathan Bernstein and James Greer ("Unsane"), and the film was developed and is being produced by Lee Nelson and David Tish of Envision Media Arts ("The Ice Road") alongside "Saw" franchise producer Mark Burg.

Production is expected to begin in Danbury, CT, in November.

LaVera also recently starred in the Stephen King adaptation "The Life of Chuck" with Tom Hiddleston, which will be released by Neon next year.

11-11-11 - TRAILER 2

A horror-thriller set on 11:11 on the 11th day of the 11th month and concerning an entity from another world that enters the earthly realm through Heaven's 11th gate. I'm guessing it has something to do with the number 11, right ? Written and Directed by Darren Lynn Bousman ("Saw II", "Saw III", "Saw IV") this movie will be released on November 11, 2011 (obviously), though not much is known at the moment, not even an official synopsis. From the trailer, it looks appropriately dark and spooky. Let's hope it's not as bad as "The Omen" remake was. This 2012 craze has really fired up all kinds of end-of-days scenarios, each one sillier than the other. You know what would make this movie cooler ? A Jigsaw cameo.

The Genetic Opera") and starring a number of unknown TV actors, "11 11 11" is set to debut on November 10, 2011, though I think it would sit better as a home video release. Can you spell "crap shoot" ?
