"Turn Up Charlie" is a new British comedy series created by Idris Elba and Gary Reich that follows the titular character (Elba), a struggling DJ and eternal bachelor, who's given a final chance at success when he reluctantly becomes a nanny to his famous best friend's problem-child daughter (Frankie Hervey). The cast also includes Piper Perabo, JJ Feild, Jade Anouka, Angela Griffin and Guz Khan.
"Turn Up Charlie" premiered on March 15, 2019 on Netflix and received generally mixed reviews from critics.
