New on DVD and Blu-ray: November 22, 2016

The new DVD and Blu-ray releases for November 22, 2016 include the true story dramedy "War Dogs" starring Miles Teller and Jonah Hill, Jason Statham's action sequel "Mechanic: Resurrection", LAIKA's new animated feature "Kubo and the Two Strings", the thriller "Hell or High Water" starring Chris Pine, Ben Foster and Jeff Bridges, and the boxing biopic "Hands of Stone" starring Edgar Ramirez and Robert De Niro.

We also have some interesting documentaries this week: "Silicon Cowboys" and "Harry & Snowman". Only one TV series, though, the second season of "Poldark".

This week in theaters, moviegoers will get to choose between a new Jason Statham actioner, "Mechanic: Resurrection", and the highly acclaimed horror film "Don't Breathe". In limited release, we have the biopic "Hands of Stone" starring Edgar Ramirez, Robert De Niro and Usher, and the Obama romance biopic "Southside With You". More about each movie after the jump.

HANDS OF STONE Red Band Trailer, Clips and Images

A red band trailer, five clips and fifteen images for the boxing biopic "Hands of Stone" have been released online. Written and directed by Jonathan Jakubowicz, the film tells the story of legendary Panamanian fighter Roberto Duranan, and it stars Edgar Ramirez, Robert De Niro, Usher Raymond, Ana de Armas, Drena De Niro, John Turturro, Rubén Blades and Reg E. Cathey.

"Hands of Stone" opens in theaters on August 26th.

HANDS OF STONE Trailer, Images and Poster

Edgar Ramirez stars as legendary Panamanian fighter Roberto Duran in the biopic "Hands of Stone". The film follows Duran's life, who made his professional debut in 1968 as a 16-year-old and retired in 2002 at age 50. In June 1980, he defeated Sugar Ray Leonard (Usher Raymond) with the help of equally legendary trainer Ray Arcel (Robert De Niro).

Written and directed by Jonathan Jakubowicz, the film also stars Ana de Armas, John Turturro, Rubén Blades and Reg E. Cathey.

"Hands of Stone" opens in theaters on August 26th.
