First Trailer for NBC’s CONSTANTINE Series

The first trailer for NBC's TV series "Constantine" has been released. The show is an adaptation of DC Comics' "Hellblazer" series, which previously inspired the 2005 movie starring Keanu Reeves as supernatural detective John Constantine. This adaptation stars Welsh actor Matt Ryan in the lead role, and everything seems to indicate that the series will stick closer to the comic book roots than the movie did. Neil Marshall ("The Descent") directed the pilot, and the show is produced by Daniel Cerone ("The Mentalist") and David S. Goyer ("The Dark Knight"). Harold Perrineau, Lucy Griffiths, Charles Halford and Julia Lehman also star.

"Constantine" premieres on NBC this fall.
