Eiza González is in talks to star in the 20th Century Studios' action comedy
"Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice" written and directed by
BenDavid Grabinski (
"Happily",
"Scott Pilgrim Takes Off").
Andrew Lazar, who last worked on the biopic
"Nyad", is producing.
While plot details are unavailable for now, the film has been described as a buddy action comedy set in the criminal underworld that may also have a time travel element. Sources say that
Vince Vaughn may be playing the two Nicks in the title.
James Marsden has also signed on to star. Filming is expected to begin in August in Winnipeg, Canada.
González can next be seen in the boxing limited series
"La Maquina" opposite
Gael García Bernal and
Diego Luna. The show will debut as Hulu's first Spanish language series. She will also star in
Guy Ritchie's new film
"In the Grey", an action thriller that also stars
Jake Gyllenhaal and
Henry Cavill. She recently finished work on the adventure thriller
"Fountain of Youth", another Ritchie production that also stars
John Krasinski and
Natalie Portman.
