Mr Holmes (2015) new on DVD and Blu-Ray

Product Description: MR. HOLMES is a new twist on the world’s most famous detective.1947, an aging Sherlock Holmes returns from a journey to Japan, where, in search of a rare plant with powerful restorative qualities, he has witnessed the devastation of nuclear warfare. Now, in his remote seaside farmhouse, Holmes faces the end of his days tending to his bees, with only the company of his housekeeper and her young son, Roger. New Mr Holmes Trailer, Clips and Featurette

Bill Condon's mystery drama "Mr. Holmes" opens today in theaters, so here are three new trailers, five clips and a behind-the-scenes featurette for the movie.

Ian McKellen reunites with his "Gods and Monsters" director in this new tale based on Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes which finds the 93-year-old detective coming out of retirement for one last case.

The film has been earning rave reviews from critics who praised the film's writing, its focus on character exploration, and McKellen's amazing (as usual) performance.

The film also stars Laura Linney, Milo Parker, Hiroyuki Sanada, Patrick Kennedy and Hattie Morahan.

Mr Holmes movie trailer, clip and poster

The first teaser trailer, clip and poster have been released for the mystery drama "Mr. Holmes". The film reteams director Bill Condon with his "Gods and Monsters" star Ian McKellen in a new twist on the world of Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes. The story takes place in 1947 where the 93-year-old detective is living in retirement until he decides to follow up on an old unsolved case. The film also stars Laura Linney, Milo Parker, Hiroyuki Sanada, Patrick Kennedy and Hattie Morahan.

"Mr. Holmes" opens in theaters on June 19th in the U.K.
