The 13th season of "Chicago P.D." has premiered on October 1, 2025 on NBC and it also streams on Peacock. Created by Michael Brandt, Derek Haas and Dick Wolf, the show stars Jason Beghe, Patrick John Flueger, Marina Squerciati, LaRoyce Hawkins, Benjamin Levy Aguilar, Amy Morton and Arienne Mandi.

Arienne Mandi Joins CHICAGO P.D. Season 13 As New Series Regular

Arienne Mandi ("The Night Agent", "The L Word: Generation Q") has joined the cast of the 13th season of the procedural drama series "Chicago P.D." as a series regular. Mandi will play Chicago P.D. officer Naomi Kerr, a former soldier and military contractor who is said to thrive in dangerous situations. She is described as a fearless outsider who keeps her cards close to the vest.

The long-running series follows the men and women of the Chicago Police Department's elite Intelligence Unit, which fights against the city's most heinous offenses – organized crime, drug trafficking, high-profile murders and beyond.

Naomi arrives at a particularly chaotic time for the team, following the murder of Deputy Chief Charlie Reid (Shawn Hatosy), orchestrated by Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe). Although Detective Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Officer Dante Torres (Benjamin Levy Aguilar) are off the hook for the latter's affair with his CI and the former covering it up, there's no telling what the fallout will be just yet.

"Chicago P.D." Season 13 will consist of 21 episodes and is set to premiere in the fall of 2025 on NBC. The cast includes Jason Beghe, Patrick John Flueger, Marina Squerciati, LaRoyce Hawkins, Benjamin Levy Aguilar and Amy Morton. Toya Turner will not return as Kiana Cook in Season 13.

"Chicago P.D." is executive produced by Dick Wolf, Gwen Sigan, Chad Saxton, Gavin Harris, Jason Beghe and Peter Jankowski. Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Wolf Entertainment, produces the series.

Mandi can next be seen starring in the second season of Apple's "Your Friends & Neighbors" opposite Jon Hamm.

The new season was delayed due to the WGA strike last year, and for this reason the new season will only feature 13 episodes.
